GRANT
Grant has done a super star effort losing 21kg but that is not it. He now is that much fitter and stronger. He has gone from watching his daughter do her athletics training, to doing the runs with her, which is priceless. He also went from struggling to walk up the stairs at work, to running up them with ease.

TIM
Tim has lost 17kg now but what I love most about this transformation is his whole posture has changed. We are now building his calories back up to what is called maintenance calories. This is where you aren’t gaining or losing weight. This will help with building some more strength and muscle whilst giving him more freedom with his food.

ADRIAN
Adrian initially came to me to improve his beep test so that he can start a career as a Fireman. Not only does he now smash that requirement almost hitting 10 on the beep test and breaking PBs on his 5km run, he has also dropped 13kg of body fat, dropped over 10cm around his waist and increased strength all round. Adrian is now a long term client who continues to smash through physical and mental barriers all whilst managing a busy job, volunteer fire brigade, SES, playing in a band and family life.

Jordan"I would like to say another thanks for the past 12 weeks I’ve been able to raise my 1RM by quite a bit ( 130kg to 170kg for deadlifts, 80kg to 95kg for bench and 100kg to 130kg for squats) and have dropped from 18% body fat to 13% in that time weighing in at 105kg at the start and now 103kg (not much change there but this is due to the muscle I have built and my body feels way slimmer). here’s a couple progress pics from day 1 to the start of week 12 last week. I feel slimmer and better than ever before! Thanks again mate!!"

AdrianAdrian didn’t think he had 17kg to lose, but he did. Not only did he drastically decrease his body fat he has built some solid muscle and strength. He made big improvements on all his lifts adding 15kg to his bench, 20kg to his squat and 30kg to his deadlift, on top of that his 800m run went from 4:25 to 2:58. What you can’t see is the energy and confidence he now has.

JennaJenna has always done some training but when she reached out it was to increase her fitness so she could become a fire fighter. One of the tests is the beep test which took from level 8 – 12 and now has triple digits on her deadlift, we are now going double bodyweight deadlift. Oh by the way she is now a fire fighter and may just save you one day.

Callan coached my work team through a Zoom fitness session today - it was fantastic!
