At Elite Functional Training, we use a unique 5 Step Eco System for Success. The Five Pillars are the foundation for long term results. We believe in training hard but also using expert programming to get fantastic results. This has to be paired up with easy to follow nutrition that tastes great so you can stay on track. There are also three other key pillars that we focus on, the third being sleep as this plays a massive role on everything from our recovery to the hormones responsible for our food choices. Then we must create healthy new habits that become a part of who we are and what we do. Finally our life style outside of the gym, what do we do in our spare time, are we a couch potato or are we active driven individual?
The people we help have often tried to change a few times before. Still, without supportive coaches guiding them, it’s easy to fall victim to the nonsense in the industry. We help people who understand that without their health, it’s impossible to prioritise anything else in life. So good health, energy levels and fitness are becoming a front-and-centre critical priority in their lives, because with this everything else just falls into place
